Privacy policy
Last updated [date of publication]
This policy covers the Sage website and the invitation list. Sage is run by [Refyndly legal entity name and company number] (“Sage”, “we”). It doesn't cover the Sage app itself.
What we collect
When you request an invitation, we keep what you put in the form:
- your first name, email, and city or suburb;
- whether you'd like to sell, buy or both, and roughly how many pieces you'd let go;
- if you add them, the brands you love, the name or code of the member who mentioned Sage, and your mobile number.
We also record that you agreed to be contacted, when you sent the form, the page you sent it from, and the campaign tags in the link that brought you (UTM source, medium and campaign).
Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser and the pages requested, to run the site and keep it secure.
This website doesn't set cookies or use analytics or advertising trackers. [If analytics are added before launch, name the tool here and say what it records.]
Why we use it
- To keep your place on the invitation list and send you a confirmation.
- To contact you about your invitation by email, or by text if you gave a mobile number.
- To plan the first circle: where people are, and whether they want to sell, buy or both.
- To see which links and campaigns bring people to Sage.
We don't sell your details, and we don't use them for advertising.
Who sees it
The Sage team, and the services that store and send it for us: [hosting provider], [database provider], [email provider] and [SMS provider]. They can only use it to provide that service. We share it with anyone else only when the law requires it.
Where it's kept, and for how long
Your details are stored in [country or region]. We keep them until you ask us to delete them, or for [12 months]after the invitation list closes, whichever comes first.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to stop hearing from us, at any time. Email privacy@[domain].
Keeping it safe
Only the people who run the invitation list can see your details. [Describe how the data is protected once the providers are chosen.]
Age
The invitation list is for people aged [18] and over.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use your details, we'll email the people on the list first.
Questions and complaints
Email privacy@[domain], or write to [Refyndly legal entity name and company number], [postal address]. If you're not happy with our answer, you can complain to [the privacy regulator, for example the OAIC in Australia].
