Terms of use
Last updated [date of publication]
These terms cover the Sage website and the invitation list. Sage is run by [Refyndly legal entity name and company number], [postal address]. By using the site, you agree to them. Buying and selling in the Sage app will have its own member terms.
The invitation list
Requesting an invitation doesn't guarantee a seat. Sage opens with twenty founding seats and grows by invitation, and we decide who to invite and when. The details you give us should be accurate and your own.
Invitations and codes
Each invitation code works once and is meant for the person it was given to. Codes can't be sold. We may cancel a code that has been sold or posted publicly.
Prices and brands on this site
Prices and values on this site, like the blazer at $85–$120, are examples of how Sage works. They aren't offers or valuations of your clothes. Brand names belong to their owners, and Sage isn't connected to them.
Fees
Joining is free. Sage takes a small fee when a piece sells. You'll see the exact fees in the app before you buy or sell.
Using the site
Please don't misuse the site. That includes giving false details, signing other people up without asking them, using automated tools to sign up or copy content, and trying to break or overload the site.
Our content
The text, design and images on this site, and the Sage name and wordmark, belong to Refyndly. Please don't copy them without asking.
Liability
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss from using it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
